Solaray Methyl B Complex vitamins provide the DV or more of most B vitamins, including Vitamin B12, B6 and B1, folic acid, niacin, biotin and more, as well as trace amounts of choline and 50 mg each of PABA and inositol. The methylated forms of folic acid (folate) and B12 vitamins are thought to be more bioavailable and may be a good choice for those who struggle to absorb these essential nutrients.
