Good quality
The capsules are not too large for me to swallow. I chose this product because it has more mineral content than others I examined. Since the serving size is 4 caps, I can take 2 at a time twice a day.Yes !

This is a pretty comprehensive multi-mineral supplement There are very few multi-mineral supplements out there that offer these higher levels of multi minerals. I was using Country Life Mega Minerals which I do prefer, but the company has been out of stock for quite some time now.
