Finally found vitamin E that I can take!
I am very happy that Swanson carries the NOW Sun-E Vitamin E because it has no soy. I am one of 650 milllion people who get destruction of red blood cells from ingesting soy. I don't know how this company got the idea to help out all the people sensitive to soy, but I am so happy that I found it at Swanson's.
