Gotta be the best I have ever had in my life. And I have tried many brands over the years. Now is my favorite supplement brand hands down.An excellent men's vitamin with all the necessary ingredients for optimal health.
This men's multi-vitamin has a very broad spectrum of very beneficial ingredients for optimal health, including saw palmetto and ginseng. One important factor for me when choosing a men's multi is low calcium levels. Most multi's have very high levels of calcium (200 mg or more of carbonate) which is really a cheap filler. Men do not need very high levels of calcium nor iron. Anything under 100 mg is more than enough. Many foods in our diet provide adequate calcium. This vitamin energizes me and provides extra benefits.Nice profile.
