Allergen Information: Contains soy and fish (cod, haddock, and pollock).
Suggested Use: Adults take 1 softgel daily, preferably with a meal. Not formulated for children. Do not exceed recommended dose. Do not chew.
Warning: Women who are pregnant, or attempting to become pregnant. The recommended daily serving containss 3,000 mcg of vitamin A from retinol, which in high amounts is known to cause birth defects. If you are nursing or taking any medications, consult a healthcare professional before use.
Storage Instructions: Keep out of reach of children. Safety sealed with printed inner seal. Do not use if seal is broken or missing. Keep tightly closed. Store at room temperature. Avoid excessive heat and direct sunlight.
