Suggested Use:
DIRECTIONS: Add 32 g (approx. one rounded scoop included in jar) of CHOCOLATE SPIRU-TEIN WHEY powder to 8 f. oz. of skim milk, whole milk, juice or liquid of your choice and mix (or shake) until smooth.
