Suggested Use:
DIRECTIONS: Add 34 g (approx. one heaping scoop, included in jar) of STRAWBERRY SPIRU-TEIN powder to 8-10 fl. oz. of water, milk or liquid of your choice and mix (or shake) until smooth.
