Suggested Use: PGX Daily® softgels can be taken with our without food with a glass of water (8-16 oz. or 1-2 cups) or as directed by a health professional. Week 1: 1 softgel, 3 times daily. Week 2: 2 softgels, 3 times daily. Week 3 and beyond: 3 softgels, 3-4 times daily.
