Each capsule provides:
- Selenium (L-selenomethionine): 50 mcg
- Selenium (sodium selenite): 50 mcg
- Selenium (Se-Methyl L-Selenocysteine): 100 mcg

DIRECTIONS: Take one (1) capsule daily with food, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
