Promote bone and cardiovascular health with Jarrow Formulas’ MK-7 softgels. MK-7 contains 180 mcg of vitamin K as K2 natural MK-7 or menaquinone-7 that may support bone and cardiovascular health. Jarrow Formulas’ MK-7 is derived from the fermentation of Bacillus subtilis subsp. natto or soybean products and is 10 times better absorbed by the body than vitamin K1. MK-7 or menaquinone-7 has been clinically studied to help support carboxylation of specific proteins needed to build bones and help protect arteries from calcium deposition, in helping to support bone and cardiovascular health.
