Carlson Tocotrienols are an excellent source of vitamin E and a potent way to provide additional support to a healthy cardiovascular system. The vitamin E family consists of tocopherols and tocotrienols. While alpha-tocopherol is the most commonly found form of vitamin E, tocotrienols have up to 50 times the antioxidant potential of tocopherols. The latest research suggests that along with a healthy diet and exercise, delta tocotrienols specifically are the most beneficial for supporting healthy cholesterol already within the normal range, triglycerides and cellular health.
