great product. helps get the extra vitamins, minerals, and micronutrients into your body and that your body needs. the vitamins, minerals, and micronutrients that sadly are lacking in alot of the fast, convenience foods consumed these days. just remember to take with 'cold' liquids only, as using any 'hot' liquids will neutralize and eliminate the benefits and sole reason for taking this natural, non-gmo, magma plus powder. great product, have taken for years, definitely worthwhile and beneficial but can be expensive at regular price, best to use one of the many swanson coupons available throughout the year, and get it at a 'coupon discount/sale' price.Green Magma and Magma Plus are simply better than others. Add a little ice.
Magma Plus and Green Magma are far better.than most other green drinks. I have compared several and always come back to Magma Plus or products from Davinci Labs. Most others just do not compare well. I also notice that Alfalfa and Barley based drinks are easier on the stomach. It is good to buy in quantity on the 50% sale...It keeps well.Rich probiotic
