Natural vitamin D3 is an essential vitamin for good health. Known as the "sunshine vitamin," vitamin D is produced naturally by your skin when exposed to the sun's ultraviolet light. Unfortunately, in today's world of working and living indoors, most people don't get outside enough to let their bodies produce adequate stores of vitamin D. A single drop of Carlson Super Daily D3 delivers a full 50 mcg (2,000 IU) of vitamin D, equal to 250% of your daily value. This liquid supplement is gluten free, preservative free and soy free.

FAQ
Q: How much vitamin D do I need each day?
In 2016, the Food and Nutrition Board increased the Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) of vitamin D for most adults from 10 mcg (400 IU) to 15 mcg (600 IU) per day, and 20 mcg (800 IU) for ages 70+.
Some doctors and nutritionists recommend higher daily vitamin D intakes, especially for those at risk for having low levels. The Vitamin D Council, an organization dedicated to raising awareness about vitamin D, recommends average adults supplement with 125 mcg (5,000 IU) of vitamin D daily. Talk with your doctor about your individual needs.
