Bob's Red Mill Super Fine Potato Flour is finely ground, so it's perfect to use in sauces, gravies and soups. Ground from whole peeled potatoes, this flour is a great thickening agent. A teaspoon or so added to baked goods lends a moist crumb, so it is especially useful in gluten-free baking.

Ingredients

Suggested Use:
1 Tbsp Butter or Oil, 1 cup chopped Onion, ½ cup chopped Carrot, ½ cup chopped Celery, 1 tsp minced Garlic, 1 ½ tsp Salt, Pepper, to taste, 2 cups Milk, 2 cups Water, 6 Tbsp Bob's Red Mill® Potato Flour, Heat butter or oil in a medium soup pot over medium heat. Add chopped onions, carrot and celery and sauté until tender, about 5 minutes. Add garlic, salt and pepper and cook until fragrant, 1-2 minutes. Add milk and water and stir to combine. Whisking continuously, sprinkle in potato flour and stir until smooth and the desired thickness. Add your favorite seasoning, if desired., Makes 4 servings.
