Suggested Use:
Fudgy Brownies, 2 Eggs, 1/2 cup melted Butter or Oil, 1 Tbsp Water, 1 package Bob's Red Mill® Brownie Baking Mix, Preheat oven to 325ºF. Butter or oil an 8-inch square baking pan., Whisk together eggs, melted butter or oil, and water. Add brownie mix and stir with a spoon until combined. Spread batter in prepared baking pan., Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center of the pan comes out with just a few crumbs, 30-35 minutes for metal pans and 35-40 minutes for glass pans. Cool completely in pan before cutting and serving., Makes 16 two-inch brownies.
