When something is glowing white - it obviously has White Titanium Dioxide in it (aka paint). But it is not enough to have calcium, you need vitamin D as well and Swanson provides this also. I love this product because of the quantity, quality but also I like that the pill is coated and easy to swallow (all calcium pills are large but not easy to swallow). Swanson also has great offers like buy one get one free and I just love that! I mean what a bargain and in this economy who couldn't use an awesome value like this?

I used to take that well known brand that is sold in all the drugstores, however, they are so big that I'm afraid of choking every time I take them. The Swanson is slightly smaller and a much sleeker shape, yet, has the same dose as that famous brand. This supplement is so easy on the stomach that I can take it without food and the price is great. Thank you Swanson.
