Some gluten free pastas are almost chalky. They do not taste or have the texture of what you would expect pasta to be like. Tinkyada pasta has a taste that fools my gluten loving relatives. It is our favorite pasta.Best gluten free pasta ever!
Unlike other rice pastas, this one cooks up well and stays firm; there is no clumping or gloppy mess. It tastes similar to wheat pasta and can be used in any pasta recipes. I highly recommend Tinkyada Pasta.
