What’s the difference between this new form of magnesium and the form in the previous blend?
The previous formula contained a blend of magnesium carbonate and magnesium citrate. The currently included magnesium bisglycinate form is more bioavailable, because the inclusion of two glycine molecules in this form provides an added layer of stability, helping deliver the magnesium through the digestive tract and where it needs to be to provide a benefit in the body.
