A: No, ubiquinol is still fat soluble, but it is more easily absorbed than Ubiquinone. It is still desirable to take ubiquinol with a meal since the fat in the food serves as a carrier. If you have a great deal of difficulty digesting fat, consider taking Quinogel with a hydrosoluble base.
