Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose (plant fiber), stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, silica, aqueous coating (maltodextrin, sunflower lecithin, palm oil, guar gum).
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take one tablet per day with water one-half hour before bedtime.
