The next ingredient is Suntheanine L-theanine, a patented amino acid (derived from green tea) that promotes mental and physical relaxation. Rounding out the formula are melatonin and ZMA, a vitamin and mineral blend made up of zinc, magnesium and vitamin B6.

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take one capsule 30 minutes before bed. Two capsules may be taken if desired. For best results, avoid taking with foods or supplements containing calcium.
