Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take one veggie capsule one to two times per day with water on an empty stomach at least two hours before or after a meal. Start with one veggie capsule per day for the first 10 days. Take two veggie capsules per day thereafter. Do not exceed three veggie capsules per day.
