Swanson Larch Tree Arabinogalactan (AG) is a glyconutrient derived from the sap of the western larch tree. This "miracle sugar" has shown an amazing ability to maintain and balance the immune system, helping individuals to achieve optimal health! Larch Arabinogalactan is purported to be twice as beneficial to the immune system as echinacea, and it continues to be the subject of research on methods to boost immune system strength. AG has been found to stimulate production of monocytes, which are among the body's first defense mechanisms, and enhance the growth of NK (natural killer) cell activity.

Larch arabinogalactan is a naturally occurring soluble fiber derived from the larch tree. It is classified as a prebiotic and is commonly used to support digestive health, a healthy gut microbiome, and healthy immune function. As a fermentable fiber, it helps nourish beneficial bacteria in the digestive tract and supports overall wellness as part of a balanced lifestyle. - Is Larch Arabinogalactan a Prebiotic?
Yes. Larch arabinogalactan is considered a prebiotic fiber because it serves as a food source for beneficial bacteria in the gut. By nourishing these microorganisms, it helps support a healthy gut microbiome and digestive wellness. - How Much Larch Arabinogalactan Should I Take?
The appropriate amount of larch arabinogalactan depends on the specific product and individual needs. Always follow the suggested serving size on the product label, as formulations can vary. Consistent daily use according to label directions can help support digestive and microbiome wellness. - Can Larch Arabinogalactan Be Combined with Probiotics?

Swanson Larch Tree Arabinogalactan features ResistAid™ arabinogalactan, a prebiotic fiber derived from the heartwood of the North American larch tree. Unlike many prebiotic fibers sourced from grains or roots, arabinogalactan is a unique soluble fiber and glyconutrient that supports both digestive wellness and healthy immune function. This targeted formula provides 500 mg of ResistAid™ arabinogalactan per capsule for convenient daily microbiome and immune support. - Is Swanson Larch Tree Arabinogalactan Suitable for Special Diets?
Swanson Larch Tree Arabinogalactan is non-GMO, gluten free, and dairy free, making it a convenient option for individuals with certain dietary preferences or restrictions.
