Don't really know of benefits...High quality supplement
It have been a long good companion on my additional healthy diet and exercise routine its presentation of capsule form and 25 mgi is the right one and appropriate to give me excellent blood test results. ThanksWorks Good For Me
I take this daily, mainly for my memory. I take in in conjunction with a couple of other supplements, for memory. It works great for me. I use Swanson for all my supplement needs. Great quality and great prices.
