What makes Swanson Full Effect Hair Thickener unique is Keranat, a patented and clinically studied ingredient derived from the grain millet, a source of a rare molecule called miliacine. Miliacine is a triterpenoid that stimulates production of keratin, a structural protein found in hair, skin and nails. Keranat uses a lipid encapsulation that helps to improve bioavailability of miliacine, which has been shown in women to improve scalp health and promote hair growth, thickness and volume.
