I added this to my night supplements and slept much better! will continue to use!great product!
When I started taking this I noticed an increased mental clarity and more energy. Great for liver detox but check with your doctor before taking. Works better when combined with Ginseng extract. I hope that in the future it will be available with the USDA Organic label since now it contains additives and it is doubtful it is GMO free. Hopefully Swanson is listening!Needs a Warning on Label "Causes Insominia"
