Swanson Wild Yam Cream is a silky-smooth cream that combines naturally occurring diosgenin with progesterone, avocado oil, jojoba oil and select herbal extracts. The ingredients in this paraben-free formula have traditionally been used to soothe and support women's health during perimenopause and menopause.

Ingredients: Water, Aloe barbadensis (aloe vera) leaf gel, caprylic/capric triglyceride, vegetable glycerin, Simmondsia chinensis (jojoba) seed oil, Prunus amygdalus dulcis (sweet almond) oil, extra virgin Cocos nucifera (coconut) oil, stearic acid, cetyl alcohol, avocado oil, Dioscoria villosa (wild yam) root extract, beeswax, squalane (derived from olive oil), cocoa butter, shea butter, phenoxyethanol, d-panthenol, tocopherol, ascorbic acid, soy lecithin, progesterone USP, potassium hydroxide, xanthan gum, Chamomilla recutita (chamomile) flower extract, birch bark extract, Origanum vulgare (oregano) leaf extract, Thymus vulgaris (thyme) leaf extract, Cinnamomum zeylanicum (cinnamon) bark extract, Rosmarinus officinalis (rosemary) leaf extract, Lavandula angustifolia (lavender) flower extract, Citrus medica limonum (lemon) peel extract, Mentha piperita (peppermint) leaf extract, Olea europaea (olive) leaf extract.
Directions: Gently rub 1/8 to ½ teaspoon onto areas needed, such as wrists, abdomen and inner thighs. Best results are achieved with regular use.
