Directions: Apply to freshly washed skin two times per day. Suitable to wear under makeup.

The. Cream is wonderful I have sensitive and dry skin.I started using on my legs morning and evening then as a daily hand cream and on my face and neck. Yes I would recommend it it’s great.I wish I had bought this sooner.
