I thought they were coated with a shell for easy swallowing. It's really hard to choke these down.Time-release
I like that it is time-release so it’s absorbed better.The best for winter
I love this product and when it wasn't available, it was terrible, and now I order several bottles at a time so I don't run out. It's great for my immune system, love it. Have been taking this for many years and I hope it is never discontinued.
