Much more pleasant and palatable flavor than NOW brand Brewer's Yeast
This brewer's yeast is rich in important minerals such as Thiamine, Folate, Niacin, Zinc, Selenium and others, and, Vitamin B6. I prefer Swanson's brewer's yeast over the NOW brand's brewer's yeast, because NOW's flavor is very bitter and unpleasant, while Swanson's isn't bitter at all. That said, I do use Swanson's Brewer's Yeast in conjunction with NOW Nutritional Yeast, because that product doesn't have any bitter flavor and complements brewer's yeast very well.Swanson Brewer’s Yeast is the best!! I love it!!!
I recommend it to all my family and friends!I have family members that are anxious to try it as soon as they receive some that I just ordered for them. I love how it’s jam packed with lots of vitamins and minerals, plus lots of protein and dietary fiber. I really look forward to having it every morning because it tastes great and mixes so easily with just water! I always take it with me when I go camping and backpacking! Once when I couldn’t get the Swanson brand, I tried another high quality brand of brewers’s yeast and it was horrible!! I couldn’t believe the difference! It tasted really bad, was so hard to mix, and only had half the protein and other good stuff in it.Good stuff
Tastes good. Provides wide spectrum of B vitamins; does not provide chromium. I feel renewed energy after having 1 or 2 tablespoons.
