Not effective. I would not recommend it.Helps Me To Not Feel Stuffed After A Meal
I know that my ability to digest food effectively decreases with age, thus I researched and found Papain Papaya Enzymes.I generally always take one prior to eating my dinner meal but sometimes forget and realize it when I feel stuffed after eating and often for several hours after.I have also begun taking one capsule before my lunch meal to help my digestion with that meal as well.In conclusion, this is a supplement I use daily, sometimes with both lunch and dinner and Swanson provides it at the best prices that I have found anywhere.
