Natural Vitamin E would be better if there were 100 IU doses available.It is no longer the case. 200 IU is 895% of the daily value on this bottle. That is quite high even is you take one every other day. Swanson is excellent on delivery and quality of this product. I like the waterproof shipping bag. The estimated price turned out to be exact.More bioavailable than synthetic!
