I use it to up my #s on protein in my bloodwork.Great alternative to caffeine
This is the only Inosine supplement I could find that is GMP certified. It is great for vegans, who don't get uric acid from meat/fish. Gives me an energy boost, similar to caffeine, without the side effects. This is my favorite supplement by far.Wonderful!
