I’ve been using this product for several years. I take one at bedtime and I never have a problem “going” the next morning. It’s very gentle on your system.Great product.
I really like this product and it helps me feel full without any side effects. I alternate it with Swanson's psyllium and tri-fiber which are great products as well.Great fiber
One of the best soluble fibers. Suppose to swell to 17 X size! Good enough for me.Less mg now in new packaging
They have a new packing for this item, and it used to be 700 mg, but now 665 mg per capsule. Also, I have so far found 3 completely empty capsules, and a few that appear to be not fully filled.
