Great supplement!!
Gaba helps me wind down and relax. I take it in the evening and it usually allows me to fall asleep w/o my usual brain chatter. I aslo take 2 mgs. melatonin most nights. I highly recommend Gaba & Swanson prices are always reasonable.Thank you Swanson
