Swanson Suma root is a traditional herb used for overall vitality. Suma grows in the Amazon rainforest. It's often called Brazilian Ginseng because of its similarities to ginseng. However, it's not related to Asian ginseng or American ginseng. Each capsule delivers 400 mg of suma root.
