I'm not exactly sure if this effect on my testosterone. bc I never got blood test. I've heard nothing but good things about Suma Root. Like always I'm satisfied with the product however it's just really hard to tell if this had any major effect on my body other than libido :), but this can be due to other products Im taking on top of it. It works for me! I take one in the morning, and I have noticed a slight energy boost. It does last for awhile, at least for me. It's subtle, not like a caffeine pill or anything like that and there's no 'crashing', like you get with a energy drink. I only take one, but I'm sure some people take a second one in the afternoon or two in the morning if you really need it. Best part is the price, it's fairly cheap at regular price.
