It's creatine, nothing special, but it was the cheapest price I could find at the time.Simple and effective

Good product. I originally purchased it in May 2021for $19.19. Since then, the price has more than doubled to $48. There are now several products on Swanson's website that are substantially cheaper. It's very rare that a Swanson product is more expensive than the competition. I'll buy other products until the price of this product comes back down to earth.
