I am no longer buying this apple pectin, which I have used for 10 years or more, due to discovering that it contains the additional ingredients of dextrose (sugar) and rice flour (bad for low carb diets). I don't understand why so many of Swanson's otherwise excellent supplement preparations use rice flour instead of plant fiber, which is good for diets.Part of Our Healthy Lifestyle Program
If you get a chance read about the benefits of apple pectin. Has really helped my husband's overall profile and the price can't be beat. Would have never thought much about apple pectin but now wouldn't be without.remarkable product
I love this product. Easy swallow capsules, keeps you regular. No bad taste and no drinking goop that causes you to just let it sit after a couple tries. You will be less hungry and eat less also. I wish I would have tried it years ago
