My husband and I are now taking this supplement and I have been so impressed! It's our first time trying a fish oil supplement and, though the capsules seem 'big' to swallow, they slip down super easy. I haven't experienced any nasty aftertaste from the fish oil either. These are great and we plan to continue taking them for many years to come.
