This is another in the line of products that I think is a good fortifying defense for the Gut, it has a good amount of supplements within it to do the job for helping digestion & issues.Ron, ArizonaPlus, I like the Colon Essentials when taken together, they balance the system very well!Swanson's Stomach Defense Essentials
