Doctors on national talk shows are buzzing about raspberry ketones. Why? Because scientists are looking into the possibility that a special ketone found in raspberries may support healthy weight loss. The research is preliminary, but real-world results are being reported by many who are already increasing their raspberry consumption and using new dietary supplements like Razberi-K®. Taking just one Swanson Razberi-K capsule twice daily gives you more ketone power than one large bowl of fresh berries, and at a much lower cost than the fruit itself. Razberi-K is perfect for those seeking stimulant-free support for a healthy weight-management program.
How Scientists Think it Works
Research indicates that raspberry ketones appear to support weight management in two ways: first, by decreasing the absorption of dietary fat; and second, by supporting epinephrine-induced lipolysis (the breakdown of fat).
How to Succeed with Razberi-K
As with any weight- management program, success depends as much on your lifestyle choices as you choice of supplement. Take Razberi-K twice daily, eat a sensible, well-balanced diet and incorporate regular exercise into your routine. Combining effective supplemental dietary aids like Razberi- K with healthy lifestyle choices is the right way to achieve your goals with comfort and ease!
