Allergen Information: Contains shellfish (shrimp).
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take two caplets with 8 ounces of liquid with each meal. Medications, fat soluble vitamins (A, D, E and K) and oil supplements should be taken at least 4 hours before or after ingestion of Chitosan to ensure absorption.
