This trio of B vitamins from Superior Source works together to promote energy. B-12 with B-6 & Folic Acid MicroLingual tablets are fast absorbing. Each tablet delivers 5,000 mcg vitamin B-12, 800 mcg folic acid and 2 mg vitamin B-6. B-12 is known for supporting energy. B-6, which also promotes energy metabolism, also nourishes the cardiovascular system. Folic acid promotes and maintains new cells and supports nervous system health, energy metabolism and healthy heart function.
