Unlike many melatonin products, this product dissolves slowly and steadily under your tongue. And has a great taste to boot! It also does a top notch job of performing its primary function, to allow falling asleep faster and sleeping more soundly.Help to sleep
I cannot get to sleep without Melatonin. If I forget to take it I toss and turn and cannot get to sleep until I get up and take it. I like the sub-lingual form and I alternate between the peppermint and the orange flavored variety.
