Source Naturals Bromelain is an enzyme from the pineapple plant that assists in the breakdown of proteins. Bromelain is active in a wide pH range which allows it to be effective in an acidic environment. Bromelain may also support the body's ability to respond to physical stress. Each tablet contains 500 mg of bromelain.
