It is safe not to overdose on any vitamins. I've reviewed the vitamins and the amounts of each vitamin--they match what I felt from my research is what one should take. I take one a day.we have 5 breastfed kids!
i have been on these for over 2 yrs... right after we found out we were expecting our fifth (he is 16 months old, now). all our kids have been breastfed, so i continue the prenatal vitamins throughout the time i'm nursing too. makes for strong and smart babies!! :) these have never upset my stomach, and haven't caused any issues at all. these are also a bit smaller in size compared to some prenates that i have taken over the years (our oldest is 15 1/2... if that tells you how long we've been having kids.. ha-ha). i hope these work well for you... they have for me and my littl'uns! congratulations on adding to your family. we wish you well!!
