To preserve the natural flavor of the fish, as well as to warrant that there is nothing but healthy fish passed on to the end consumer, Raincoast Trading's salmon are kept in their natural state once caught. They do not administer any antibiotics, hormones or genetically modify the fish in any way. This salmon is whole not shredded canned in own broth. Best I’ve found. I would definitely recommend this product!Best canned salmon in a while.
I like the flavor, color and smell of this salmon much better than the last few brands. This salmon is the closest to what I remember really good canned was in “the old days.” I will continue to order it as long as it maintains these qualities. In addition, no salt added is great!
