It also helps support muscle function, retain hydration and enhance tissue recovery. Learning to trust new product...even seems to be helping acidy stomach.
When I've taken this product, I feel more centered mentally and have more stamina to finish projects. I found that my 73yo body may still object the next day after pushing myself with yard work the day before but ready to tackle whatever the following day. I'm also finding that my stomach is not as sensitive in the evening when eating later than my usual also.... Appreciating it very much.
