Suggested Use: 1 to 2 times daily, briskly stir 1 level teaspoon of Tri-Cleanse into an 8 ounce glass of non-acidic fruit juice (such as apple or papaya) or water. Drink immediately and follow with a glass of pure water. For optimal cleansing action, take on an empty stomach. To decrease the appetite, drink 30 minutes before meals.
CAUTION: Take this product with a full 8 ounce glass of liquid. If you do not drink enough liquid the product may swell in the throat, causing blockage or choking. Avoid use if you have ever had throat or swallowing problems. See immediate medical help if pain, swelling or breathing difficulties occur. Do not use if you are pregnant, may become pregnant, or breastfeeding.

Helps to cleanse bowel & with appitite control
I first heard about this on Dr. Oz (I think you could find the video on their site). He had a woman doctor specializing in ayurvedic medicine who said one of the most important things you can do daily is to take triphala, which she mixed with physilum husks, etc. I found this product which did it all for me and is super convenient, has very little taste and mixes up wonderfully. I've heard triphala has a bitter taste, but this product doesn't, just has a little gritty feel going down, but soft, if that makes sense.I have lost weight doing this once or twice a day as well as it really helps with hunger if you take it before a meal (especially dinner). I love this product and this is the best price around by far. A bottle lasts a really long time.Excellent
This product is comprised of a bunch of known great ingredients. It's true that you could probably buy them all in bulk and save a few dollars, but this makes that unnecessary.loose weight / feel great
In one year I lost 40 lbs and bowel movements increased to two a day. A little weird drinking and tasting but with cranbury juice I actually like it. I have increased my water consumption as the product suggests.Lost weight with one dose a day 1 hr before dinner. Night hunger became non existant. Also ate less at dinner. This gives you a gentle cleanse so you don't all of a sudden go running to the bathroom, but it seems to clean out the colon pretty good. I noticed a difference the first day. Each day after has been consistent. I have not experienced any cramping or pains. The powdered form is not as convenient as tablets, but I feel it allows it to work better. I would definitely recommend this product.
