One teaspoon of Apple Peel Powder is equivalent to one whole apple's peel.
Take 1 rounded tsp. serving 3 times a day or 1 rounded tbsp. (5 gram serving) once a day for optimal benefits. Add to water, coconut water, your favorite juice or to smoothies. Mix with yogurt, fresh berries and cereal or add to healthy raw desserts.
